In court, federal or state court, attorneys are subject to a set of rules of civil procedure that are going to strictly applied and strictly enforced. These rules must be followed and deadlines to meet including specific forms of pleadings and specific types of motion practice. Arbitration is generally viewed as less formal. This video reviews the pros and cons of arbitration vs. federal court.
