Vermont MCLE Requirement:

24 hours per reporting period (2 Years)
Deadline: June 30

Special Requirement(s):

2 hours of legal ethics per period
1 hour of Diversity and 1 hour of Wellness

Reporting date:

July 1

Credit hour:

60 minutes. For specific program, divide by 60 and round to nearest quarter hour.

Limit on credit hours for self-study:

None; Attorneys can obtain all of their CLE credits with Lorman Education Services. We offer Live Webinars which are considered "Live-moderated programming" or, ondemand courses which are considered "Non-Moderated Programming with Interactivity".

Lorman Education Services Certificates:
Certificates of attendance for Live webinars are available to download in the Courses section of your account dashboard within a couple business days after the course date. An email is sent to notify you that the certificate is available to download. Ondemand certificates are available to download in the Courses section of your account dashboard within 15 minutes.

Attendance Reporting:
Lorman Education Services does not report your participation. Attorneys must self-report if applicable.
