NM MCLE Requirements:
12 hours per reporting period (1year)
Deadline: December 31st
2 hours of ethics or professionalism
60 minutes. Divide the total length of the program in minutes by 60 and round to the 1/10th hour.
Limit on credit hours for self-study:
Lorman ondemand webinars are considered self-study and attorneys can obtain a maximum of 4.0 hours in this format per year. Lorman live webinars are considered a live format and so do not have any restrictions.
Lorman provides certificates of attendance via email to all registered attendees for courses completed. If you request credit, you will receive the credit/CLE certificate. Otherwise a general certificate will be provided. Live webinar certificates are emailed generally within 2-3 weeks. Ondemand certificates should arrive within 15 minutes.
Lorman Education Services will report your credit for live courses as long as you have requested the credit and provided your bar number. Lorman Education Services des not report your participation for self-study courses. Attorneys must self-report these credits if applicable.
