MT MCLE Requirement:
15 hours per reporting period (1 year)
Deadline: March 31st
Special Requirement(s):
2 hours of ethics/professionalism credit per reporting period
Reporting date:
May 15
Credit hour:
60 minutes. Divide the total length of the program in minutes by 60 and round up to the nearest quarter hour.
Limit on credit hours for self-study:
Attorneys can earn up to 5 CLE hours via recorded programs (Lorman Education Services ondemand courses would fall under this max).
Lorman Education Services Certificates:
Certificates of attendance for Live webinars are available to download in the Courses section of your account dashboard within a couple business days after the course date. An email is sent to notify you that the certificate is available to download. Ondemand certificates are available to download in the Courses section of your account dashboard within 15 minutes.
Attendance Reporting:
Lorman Education Services will report any MT CLE you request (as approved) for attendees for live webinars. Recorded program attendance must be self reported by the attendee.
