Hawaii CLE Requirements
The Hawaii State Bar Association sets annual professional development guidelines for all attorneys licensed to practice in the state. Current requirements stipulate that all lawyers, with the exception of newly licensed members and certain judges, undergo a minimum of three credit hours of training per year, as well as one additional credit in ethics or professional responsibility, once every three years.
Courses must be administered by one of the Hawaii State Bar Association’s approved providers, of which Lorman Education Services is one. We have worked closely with legal professionals from the state to create content that offers genuine value for all attorneys. On this page, you’ll find our current catalogue of approved courses. Training options cover both federal and state-specific topics. Courses include “Construction Lien Law in Hawaii,” “Hawaii Medical Records Law” and more.
