MCLE Requirement:
12 hours per reporting period (1 year)
Deadline: December 31
Special Requirement(s):
1 hour of ethics credit; 1 hour of professionalism credit, per reporting period
3 hours of trial practice credit is required for trial attorneys only
Reporting date:
March 31st
Credit hour:
60 minutes. Divide the total length of the program in minutes by 60 and round to the nearest 1/10th hour.
Limit on credit hours for self-study:
Lorman Live webinars and ondemand webinars are considered “Distance Learning” and you can obtain a total of 6 hrs. per compliance in these formats per year only.
Lorman Certificates:
Lorman provides certificates of attendance via email to all registered attendees for courses completed. If you request credit, you will receive the credit/CLE certificate. Otherwise a general certificate will be provided. Live webinar certificates are emailed generally within 2-3 weeks. Ondemand certificates should arrive within 15 minutes.
Attendance Reporting:
Lorman Education Services des not report your participation for ondemand webinars- you must self-report however, we do report attendance for live seminars as well as live webinars (as long as you have requested the credit and provided your bar number).
