OSHA penalties continue to rise, and OSHA citations can be admitted in third-party injury cases as proof of negligence per se. This course will explain how OSHA manages its enforcement programs and inspections, and will offer strategies for mitigating liability and successfully managing accident investigations. The speaker, an attorney and certified safety professional, will also discuss proactive measures that can pay benefits in terms of improved workplace safety and health and reduced liability.
