Tim Greene
Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe
Timothy Greene is a partner in the Technology Transactions, Technology Companies, and Cyber, Privacy, and Data Innovation Groups at Orrick. Tim focuses on technology transactions and other commercial contracts and licensing matters. He focuses on helping clients maximize their intellectual property and technology portfolios in a variety of ways, including drafting, negotiating, and advising on joint ventures, development, production, manufacturing, and supply arrangements, and all manner of technology licensing arrangements, including advising on open source business model development. In addition, he advises clients on open source licensing and intellectual property issues in connection with internal audits and mergers, acquisitions, and financing transactions.

Christine Lam
Imperva, Inc.
Christine Lam is currently the Associate General Counsel of Intellectual Property at Imperva Inc. She is an experienced legal executive in intellectual property protection, transactions, and litigation. She is also a subject matter expert in open source licenses, specifically on the application of GPL-like licenses to software architectures, the nuances of different licensing regimes, and frameworks for open source communities. Christine has been active for many years in the open source legal community. She has deep technical experience which dates back to her years at MIT, where she coded in LISP, a programming language used in artificial intelligence research. Also, while she was an undergraduate student at MIT where the GNU project started, she participated in GNU’s first mass-collaboration project. Later, she also worked as an engineer before practicing law.

Marty Mellican
Revenera
Marty Mellican is the Vice President and Associate General Counsel for Revenera. Marty manages many aspects of Revenera's legal needs, including all agreements related to the licensing, installation, configuration, and deployment of Revenera's on-premise and cloud software solutions. In addition, Marty oversees all mergers and acquisitions, corporate entity management, third-party intellectual property licensing, and compliance (including open-source software), employment matters and export compliance.
