California SB1343 Anti-Harassment Training for Non-Supervisors

July 16

Stay compliant with California’s Harassment Training Requirement for staff members.

California now requires employers with five or more employees to provide at least an hour of training regarding sexual harassment to all employees every two years. The law mandates specific content and techniques for delivery of the training. This one-hour training satisfies those mandates by including training on all required subjects, including abusive conduct, and by engaging interactively with participants.

Learning Objectives

  • You will be able to define what sexual harassment is.
  • You will be able to dentify the federal and state agencies that enforcement anti-harassment laws.
  • You will be able to describe what a bystander can do to protect fellow employees from inappropriate conduct.
  • You will be able to understand what abusive conduct is.
  • You will be able to describe the elements of an effective anti-harassment policy.
