This topic will address ethical issues that sometimes arise when an attorney jointly represents an insurer and insured pursuant to the requirements of a liability insurance policy and how those issues can be resolved. The topic will also address similar ethical issues that sometimes arise when a bond principal’s attorney also represents a surety.
