Pass or Fail: Things to Consider When Testing Applicants

 
On the surface, testing applicants appears to be a great tool for employers to use. They save a company money over time by reducing employee turn-over since the selection process weeds out those who are not the best candidates for the job. On the other hand, there are precautions employers must take to be sure their tests do not run afoul of the law and result in the appearance of discrimination or invasion of an applicant’s privacy.
