OIG AO 18-13 Allows Charitable Donations Made by Business Affiliates to Fund Research Institute
The Office of Inspector General issues a favorable opinion due to low fraud risk.
Recent opinion issued by the OIG observed the possibility of producing prohibited payments due to the trustees directing the contributions.
