Prior to joining Wilson Elser, she represented companies in various industries, including silica, welding rod, chemical products, and mechanical and labor contractors.
Additionally, Jianlin counsels small businesses and provides legal services to Chinese companies on matters relating to formation, operation and routine business activities. She helps Chinese companies establish their presence in California and operate in compliance with pertinent laws and regulations.
