Could medical marijuana be next?

Late last year, Congress unobtrusively passed the Agricultural Improvements Act of 2018; otherwise known fondly as the Farm Bill. Within the bill is the removal of THC from the Controlled Substances Act. This white paper reviews the impact of this change.
