EB-5 Visa Scandal Underscores the Critical Role Whistleblowers Play in Exposing EB-5 Fraud

A recent EB-5 visa scandal, which began more than 8 years ago and was undetected for many years, was recently discovered and whistleblowers played an important role in exposing the fraud. The SEC whistleblower program grants financial incentives to those willing to blow the whistle on these situations.
