Compliance with California’s Cannabis Pesticide Regulations

In July 2018 all cannabis and cannabis products began to go through lab testing due to California cannabis regulations. This testing was put in place to safeguard against inappropriate pesticide use. These standards demand intense restrictions on cannabis crops compared to other agricultural products. This white paper reviews the risks and penalties of what happens if you don’t comply with the standards; as well as labeling precautions.
