CFPB Nominee Sparks Debate Over Future of Agency

Nominee Kraninger faced harsh scrutiny from Democrats on the Senate Committee on Banking, Housing and Urban Affairs.

Specific scrutiny was regarding her qualifications for the position. This white paper reviews the political divide with this nomination.
