Are Whistleblowing Executives Protected Against Retaliation?

Recent study shows that more than half of managers experienced retaliation for bringing forth ethics or compliance concerns.

It’s been over 10 years since the breakdown of Lehman Brothers and there is still important questions raised regarding senior bank employees and whether or not they are protected from retaliation, as well as questions surrounding incentives for whistleblowers that come forward. This white paper discusses whether senior corporate managers and executives are protected from retaliation, as well as what damages these same executives can recover in a whistleblower retaliation case.
