What is an RFI/technical query/information request/request for interpretation? No matter how you refer to it, an RFI is a written request from the contractor to the owner seeking an interpretation or clarification of some requirement of the contract documents. This video will discuss the what, where, when, why and how of RFIs, as well as when not to use one.

  • Prior to joining Arcadis he spent his career as a project superintendent working for a heavy highway contractor, estimator for a bituminous concrete and aggregate producer, and a project engineer for a general contractor focusing on K-12 construction

  • Prior to joining Arcadis, he spent his career in the offshore oil and gas industry working for Chevron as an assistant project manager, project engineer and field engineer
