What are some potential reasonable accommodations for stress disorders?

Reasonable accommodations can be using reduced or modified work schedules or providing a temporary job coach. There are several examples of possible reasonable accommodations discussed in this video. This video also reviews the interactive process where both the employer and the employee can lose in court. They both have an obligation to engage and keep engaging in the interactive process. Our speaker also discusses the direct threat defense and factors to consider when determining if an employee poses a direct threat.
