Expecting a certain type of behavior from your employees isn’t uncommon in a company. But how do you decipher between a behavior and an attitude? An attitude is a psychological state of mind. It is the way a person thinks about situations, and it ultimately determines a person's behavior. Behavior is defined by the actions of a person based on specific things that happen. When there is a problem with negative behavior, how do you know what to address? The behavior or the attitude? This vide reviews attitude vs. behavior and discusses causes of negative behaviors.
