Listening doesn’t always mean someone hears you.

You know when it is happening. Someone that is actually listening is removing distractions, observing your signs and sounds, and providing feedback that they understand what you are saying. You also know when it is not happening. Holding their phone, checking email, etc. This video reviews core listening skills and provides a basic listening formula; as well as techniques to asking questions to build understanding within a conversation.
