Letters of Intent - Binding Provisions


Ensure your client’s best interest with a solid letter of intent.

A letter of intent should almost always include a clear and unambiguous statement that certain provisions are binding on the parties and others are not. The best way to discuss these provisions is with the examples that our speaker has included in this video.
