One of the most common contexts for seeing anti-indemnification statutes is at the state level in construction. The basic point that some variation is seen is of that in the construction context as a party cannot be indemnified for its own negligence. This video reviews different cases that deal with limitation of liability clauses and anti-indemnity laws.
