Harassment Prevention for Supervisors

Harassment is not just about sexual harassment. Harassment includes offensive behavior based on stereotypes about a protected class and behavior that is intended to cause discomfort or humiliation because of a protected characteristic. Harassment also includes any expression of contempt or hatred for a group to which the victim belongs based on protected characteristic. This video reviews the different types of harassment and what can be done to help prevent it from happening in the workplace.
