Recruiting and retaining talented executives is critical for the ongoing success of a company. Offering an attractive compensation package to executives is key to that success. These executive compensation packages include many items, one of which is insurance. There are various forms of insurance that are usually seen in executive employment agreements. One is Short?Term Disability and the other is Long?Term Disability Insurance. It is also common to see long?term Care Insurance or Supplemental Medical Insurance.
