Drafting the SOW and Project Management

When does the SOW begin and how long should it continue?

The pre-work done before drafting the SOW sets the stage for the drafting process. You know what your stakeholders want and what you need to do to get the best product you can for your stakeholders. Next is the drafting and implementation of the statement of work. Knowing what your stakeholders want when going in to the drafting phase leads to motivation which leads to negotiation and on to a successful outcome. This video reviews provisions to consider when drafting a SOW, as well as discusses project management.
