Interpersonal conflict is conflict that occurs between individuals. Intradepartmental conflict is conflict that occurs within a group or team. Interdepartmental conflict is conflict occurs between departments and teams in the same organization. This video reviews these conflict types and discusses how to negotiate conflict and conciliatory gestures.
