What causes leaders to see the same thing but interpret it differently?

Mindsets are the mental lenses that we wear that shape how we view the world around us. How we view the world around us shapes how we think, learn and behave. Our speaker, Ryan Gottfredson, Ph.D., compares our mindsets to a mental fuel filter. When we approach a situation it is our mindset that picks up on select cues within that situation and interprets those cues in unique ways. This video reviews the power of mindsets and discusses four different sets of mindsets and how each one affects success.
