Keeping confidential documents confidential is one of those best practices that is highly important for both types of companies, as is developing information security measures to ensure compliance with privacy requirements, and instituting storage procedures for onsite, offsite, and electronic records. This video reviews ideas for public and private companies, and discusses conflicts of interest policies and disclosures.
