Conflict Resolution in Representative States

 

Construction defect litigation can be a big issue.

Someone buys a completed home and they move in and the roof falls in, or the plumbing doesn’t work, what happens next?  The goal is to avoid a lot of these disputes and make things right the first time. If a dispute occurs there are several different types of potential claims including breach of warranty, breach of contract, false advertising and professional malpractice of designer.
