You got the bid but now you don’t want it anymore. Now what?

You have found yourself as the low bidder and the contract is going to be awarded to you; you have also found that you made a mistake and now don’t want the contract and you need to act fast. There are only specific circumstances in which you can be relieved of your bid due to the mistake and the timeframe is usually tight.
