This topic will take attendees through recent updates to Idaho's statutes and procedures with respect to Public Records and Open Meetings. Come away with a better understanding of the do's and don'ts of public records requests, how to handle and retain public records, and best practice recommendations for public transparency. Explore the open meetings rules, how they apply, when there are exceptions allowing for executive sessions, and best practices and policies for running meetings.
