This program will address the cyber threats presented to design and construction firms. We will generally discuss cyber risk mitigation, including what to do in the event of a loss. We will cover responsibilities of design professionals and contractors to maintain the confidentiality of third-party data. Finally, we will discuss the insurance coverages available for cyber losses.

- Acts as a mediator, arbitrator and expert witness in construction and insurance disputes and is a published author
- Since 2007, counseled the AIA’s Documents Committee in connection with numerous contract forms and has held LEED AP (New Construction) certification through the U.S. Green Building Council
