Real estate professionals including attorneys, lenders, real estate brokers, closers, and title insurers can be unfamiliar with and uncertain about the two different title records systems in Minnesota, resulting in title errors and problems. This topic will address the two title systems in Minnesota, issues particular to each system, and ways to detect, prevent and fix title problems.
