Leadership is a characteristic resulting from demonstrated and intentional actions. It requires a leader mindset. It involves having certain attitudes, beliefs, and expectations that create the foundation of who you are, how you lead others, and how you interact with and influence others. Mindset is so critical because it drives every opinion you have, every decision you make, and every action you take. It influences your relationship with others, the culture around you, and the success of your overall leadership performance.
