Florida Collection Law: Discovery to Collection of a Judgment

 
It may take years to finally obtain that final judgment, but the ultimate goal is to actually get the judgment paid. Enforcing a Judgment is a combination of legal knowledge and practical experience which often approaches more of an art than a science. This topic will help attorneys to understand the procedures needed to try to find assets, lock them down and use the legal system to force collection of the judgment. The topic will cover basic procedures for collecting judgments, as well as more complex options and recent changes in the law.
