California's Sales Commission Guidelines

 
Effective January 1, 2013, if an employee is paid in commissions, California law now requires every employer to have a signed, written contract with the employee setting forth how commissions are to be computed and paid.

California rules for payment of commissions can be complex and confusing. In this fast paced on-demand webinar, we will cover California’s commission agreement law.
