Tax and business professionals have become a necessary part of the process to ensure that their clients receive the best possible outcomes available to each side. The issues vary from case to case and the professional needs a roadmap in order to help their clients through this process. This presentation will give the tax and business professionals dealing with divorce issues a better understanding of the many aspects that should be addressed during and after the process. This presentation is prepared as a guide to the various issues that may be required to be dealt with and how best to provide the best service to their clients.
