As a quick guide from our course held on Construction Site Safety, the top 10 OSHA Violiations that we're noted were:

1. Fall Protection: structural integrity and unprotected edges
2. Hazard Communication: information regarding hazardous chemicals
3. Scaffolding: proper suspension and support
4. Respiratory Protection: equipment to prevent inhalation of dust, gases, etc.
5. Electrical, Wiring Methods
6. Powered Industrial Trucks: design, maintenance and use of motorized trucks.
7. Ladders
8. Lockout/Tagout: machines with unexpected or delayed energization
9. Electrical, General Requirements
10. Machine Guarding
