Paul Szklarski is a consulting partner in TransNational Business Solutions in New York City. His practice is focused on compliance in the areas of ICD 10, HIPAA, revenue cycle, Stark laws, and practice acquisitions and sales. He has been conducting seminars and lectures since 2003 in the areas of HIPAA, Leadership, Management, Finance and Communications. Paul is that author of "Solvency Crisis in United States Hospitals". He is a Fellow with the American College of Healthcare Executives and the chair of the Health Industry Resource Group. Paul holds an M.BA. degree in health and medical services administration, Widener University; B.A. degree in criminology, Temple University.
