Michael is of counsel in Arnstein & Lehr’s Chicago office. Mr. Abramson is a former Illinois State Representative and chairman of the Illinois House Public Utilities Committee. Utilizing his extensive experience in government, regulatory, corporate and transportation law, Mr. Abramson has developed a diverse practice area in real estate, business transactions, closely-held corporation law and fiduciary administration.
