Matthew is a senior associate in the New York office of Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP. He focuses on counseling and civil litigation in the insurance recovery and construction arenas. Matthew is experienced in litigating insurance coverage disputes, with a particular focus on property insurance, general liability coverage, business interruption, cyber insurance, and products liability. He represents construction companies, owners and developers in all aspects of insurance coverage disputes, contract negotiations, payment disputes and litigation. Matthew also has experience in numerous matters that companies face in their day-to-day operations, including OSHA contested matters, MBE/WBE compliance, surety claims, bond and financing procurement, and bid protests. He’s an experienced litigator and has conducted jury and bench trials in New York and New Jersey.
