Lacey is the associate director of recovery and restructuring services for CBRE, Inc. She leads the receivership and distressed asset portfolio management program, business development and client relations efforts. Lace has participated in more than 75 active receivership assets, and as a receiver and distressed asset portfolio manager of all product types - office, retail, industrial, land, marinas; and specialty assets - provides stabilization efforts through concentration on financial analysis, risk mitigation, funds pursuit, legal review, environmental analysis, remedying deferred maintenance, lease renegotiation, capital improvement completion, reduction of expenses, and contract administration; once stabilized, leads the team to add value by partnering with brokers to capture new tenants, retain existing tenants, and/or market the asset for sale.
