Kenneth is the assistant managing partner of Nossaman LLP. He has more than 30 years of experience as a real estate attorney. Kenneth advises major regional developers and investors with diversified portfolios on a full spectrum of office, industrial, and retail property transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, financing, joint ventures, and telecommunications leases and licensing. His experience includes build to suit leases, including a distribution and office facility of approximately 175,000 square feet and a 400,000 square foot warehouse and distribution facility; acquisition and partial leaseback of a campus office project of approximately 250,000 square feet; and sale and leaseback of express car wash facilities and restaurants. He’s lectured on leasing transactions for Continuing Education of the Bar, build to suit leases and due diligence for real estate transactions for Lorman Education. Kenneth is also the former chair of Nossaman’s Real Estate Transactions Practice Group.
