Dr. Josh Hyatt is a healthcare risk manager, bioethicist, lecturer, and professor. He has been in healthcare and risk management for more than 25 years and has achieved the designation of certified professional in health care risk management (CPHRM). • Extensive experience as a federal and state surveyor and team leader;
• Regional Program Coordinator for the CMHC Program for the federal government;
• Risk Management standards and issues in health law, ethics/bioethics and corporate compliance;
• Corporate Compliance, HIPAA and general regulatory compliance issues; and
• Clinical- 5 years of experience working inpatient in a psychiatric setting as a psychotherapist.
