Prior to joining Arnstein & Lehr, Erik represented small businesses and individuals in tax disputes with the Internal Revenue Service. His experience also includes clerking for the Michigan Tax Tribunal. As a clerk, his responsibilities included researching and drafting multiple final opinions and judgments concerning various property tax issues as well as answering various court motions.
