Mr. Shear is a member of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of The Florida Bar and is an active member of a committee of seventeen attorneys who specialize in representing condominium developers. He is an authorized agent of Chicago Title Insurance Company, Ticor Title Insurance Company and Attorneys Title Insurance Fund. Mr. Shear is fluent in French and speaks Hebrew.
