Carol Capri Kalliche is special counsel in the Fort Lauderdale office of Arnstein & Lehr LLP and a member of the firm’s Real Estate Practice Group. Prior to joining Arnstein & Lehr, Ms. Kalliche was a member of the Real Estate Practice Group at the firm of Becker & Poliakoff for 15 years.

Ms. Kalliche has extensive experience in both residential and commercial real estate transactions. This experience, together with her knowledge of real property law, has enabled Ms. Kalliche to become proficient in identifying and resolving complex title issues for her clients. Ms. Kalliche also has experience representing borrowers in commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS) loans. She provides comprehensive representation to the Town of Southwest Ranches on all of the town’s real property matters, including negotiation of real property contracts, handling all aspects of the town’s real property acquisitions and dispositions, plat reviews, right-of-way issues, easements, and development agreements.
