Arthur H. Evans is a partner in the Chicago office of Arnstein & Lehr and joins the firm’s Corporate Transactions & Counseling, Estate Planning & Probate Administration, Real Estate, and Tax Practice Groups. Mr. Evans is a 1974 graduate of DePaul University School of Law. After graduating from law school, he practiced with two Chicago law firms and from 1978 to 2016, he was Managing Partner of Evans, Loewenstein, et.al. Mr. Evans is also a certified public accountant, and has substantial experience in corporate, tax, real estate, estate planning and probate matters. He serves as corporate counsel to a number of closely-held businesses, and has served as a director of various corporations. In addition, Mr. Evans has served on the Tax Committee of the Chicago Bar Association.
